My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent.
