We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. She persisted with us through a very challenging market, complicated by Mother Nature (including two hurricanes) (and without a ton of details, this point cannot be emphasized enough). Nathan is a great. He does what it takes to get your home sold. I highly recommend him. He was able to get my condo In Dallas sold when I was living two states away. We had a major storm in Dallas and he went to check the property to make sure it was OK for me.
