We couldn’t be more grateful to have had Atoosa by our side throughout our home-buying journey. What started as a search for a home took us about six months, and Atoosa was there with us from the very beginning all the way through the final minutes of closing. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She kept us informed, answered all of our questions, guided us through every part of the process, and made sure we always knew what was happening. Most importantly, she truly fought for us and our best interests until the very end. Her dedication, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference during what can be a very stressful process. Thanks to Atoosa, we are now in the home we dreamed of, and we couldn’t be happier. Beyond being an incredible realtor, Atoosa is a great friend, which makes this experience even more special to us. We feel incredibly lucky to have had someone we trust so much helping us through such an important chapter in our lives. Thank you, Atoosa, for never giving up, for always being there, and for helping us find our dream home! We would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will go the extra mile for them.

We have known Audrey for a long time and were thrilled to work with her on the sale of our property in Johnson City. Audrey was very thorough when it came time to list out all the features of the house and HOA in which it was located. The property was not your typical single-family neighborhood; we were a part of a larger ranch community with shared amenities, a clubhouse, pasture lands with a longhorn herd, and a wildlife exemption. Although it was a somewhat unusual property for this market, Audrey was very effective at communicating with potential buyers about all the features while somehow not overwhelming them with details. She really brought the energy and enthusiasm to each showing! In the end we found a perfect buyer that appreciated and understood all the features of the property. I would definitely recommend Audrey to anyone!

From the start, Elsa has been a rockstar. She was always available for questions and managed all issues quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about the solid care you will get with Elsa and her team. She was on top of any issues, aware of contract discrepancies and made sure we closed on time. Will only use her and her team in the future.
