Sue was a great guiding force during our first home buying experience. She has lived and worked in the area for many years. As we were in the process of hunting she gave us great strategies for submitting our offers in the hot Austin market. Sue explained the process each time we had questions and was communicative about next steps. Once we became under contract for our home we really saw how her relationships with the seller (like Zillow) came into play. We went with a lender we knew and not one she recommended. Once we had issues arise with the lender, she remained professional and focused on closing us on our first home. Papers were finally signed, she came to the signing and even helped us re-key our locks on move-in day. Honestly - if you need a professional who's got a backbone and a funny bone to get you through the door of your first home or out the door to your next - hire Sue Ramminger. I'm glad we did!

Tami is the best real estate agent you could hope for. She is professional, prompt, and knows the market inside and out. I had the pleasure of working with her to purchase my home and then, years later, sell it. She makes every effort to find the right home for you when you are buying and get you the best price when you are selling. I wish she could have moved with me to find my next home in another state. As a new homeowner, it was great to know that Tami was there for us even after buying the house. We stayed in contact with her as long as we were living in the house and still keep up with her today.
