Lauren Schauer made our experience buying a home nearly effortless. From the very beginning of the process she went over and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening. My husband and I felt confident and supported every step of the way as Lauren acted as our guide and a caring partner in our journey. Our experience with Lauren was our very first home buying experience. Each time we saw a home, Lauren took the time to teach us what to look for and helped us consider things that we didn't yet have the experience to anticipate, like the disadvantages of living in a fabulous house that backs on to a busy street. She was thoughtful about our needs as new parents and even opened our minds to consider features of a home and community we would come to appreciate as our son grows. She had excellent resources and recommendations that made this a pleasant, stress-free, and truly special milestone in our family story. Not only did she help us find a home that far exceeded our expectations at our price point through skilled negotiation and competency, she genuinely cares about our family and our home and continues to offer her help and support in our journey as homeowners.

We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!
