She was able to walk us thru a number of scenarios with a myriad of properties we had interest in and making several offers in a timely organized fashion. She was able to quickly learn what our real needs were and give us feedback on whether a house really met those needs or not so we could refine our efforts. She made the process easier. We are happy with her assistance in buying our home and when we’re ready to get the next one we will call on her.

I needed a new place to live and wasn't sure if I could actually afford to buy a house. Kourtni blazed a path, showed me the options, lined me up with a loan officer and Presto, I'm in a new house! It was amazingly easy to work with her and I very much appreciate the council she provided at each of the steps required to arrive in my new house. Very smooth!
