I literally can not say enough amazing things about our experience with Brandy! We came to the table with a lot of, let’s just say, circumstances, for her to overcome in order to make a sale work with us. Brandy accepted the challenge head on and with a can-do attitude. She was dedicated, honest, sincere, and patient…..oh man, was she patient! I think we looked for two years, struck out on offers, cried about the junk on the market, stressed over what Covid would do to the market…but she was by our side through it all. Just as we were about to give up, she found us a diamond in the rough. We set an appointment to see it the next day, put in our offer that morning and we’re accepted by that evening!!! By the grace of God and Brandy’s dedication to helping us get in a house, we are now in a beautiful home in the exact location we wanted! Brandy’s personal dedication, knowledge of the market and never ending support made our home buying process smoother than we thought it would be given those ‘circumstances’ I mentioned earlier.
