What started out as frustration when searching for a home turned into an absolute blessing. We started out with a different agent who wasn’t getting back to us in a timely manner. So I started calling listing agents. Holly was the listing agent on a house I called. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. She told me I could call her anytime with any questions even if I was sticking with my current agent. After hanging up and thinking about it we decided to go with Holly as our agent. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our family got into a beautiful home on time with no lag in closing. We were able to close super fast and get into our home a day early. Holly treated us like we were family and was an absolute blessing to our situation. We moved from WA state to TX so we really needed someone who was 100% willing to do the leg work for us while have our best interests at heart. I highly recommend Holly and will use her again if we ever move but we love our house and think we’ll be here for the long run. Thank you Holly you really made this process easy.

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
