After sitting down with her to discuss the details of not only selling our home, but to help us find a new one, it was clear that her professional manner and years as a top agent, was going to make this experience one where I felt comfortable and very confident.  Melody made the process for my husband and I personal, she listened to all our needs and concerns and made sure any questions or issues that came up, were handled efficiently and resolved. She was always just a text, email or phone call away. In a short amount of time, it was clear to us that she truly cares about her clients. All the time and effort she put into showing us several potential properties to purchase, as well as all the extensive work done in promoting the sale of our other home.
