Brent and JoAnn Rice, the Rice Group team at Compass Real Estate, are knowledgeable of the industry and professional in every way. Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.
