From the moment we started working together, Katie went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences. Her experience, knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the experience remarkable smooth and enjoyable. We were moving from a different city and she facilitated the parts of the process that had to be done remotely.

I went through Katie to buy and sell my house over a 5-year period. The excellent care and attention she paid in 2018 is the same she paid to our needs and desires this year. When I first mentioned the possibility of selling she quickly conducted a market analysis for me and provided me extremely detailed data points for consideration. As we progressed through the selling process she kept be up to date on what each item stood. When we started fielding offers, she gave great advice on each offer even informing us when a higher offer carried more risk and she opinion on the route we should take… even if it would mean a lower commission to her. She is with a doubt, a realtor who will be there for YOU. Trust her, trust her processes, she’ll get you there and won’t steer you to unnecessary stress and risk.

We used Katie to find and purchase our home. We could not have been happier, from beginning to end the process was smooth and communication was excellent! We are very pleased! Thanks Katie!
