I knew I was in good hands with Mercede. She was familiar with the market in our neighborhood. Her estimates lined up with our expectations. She was with us every step of the way. If we had questions, she was only a text away and would respond Within a couple of minutes. She helped us realize we were closer to listing our house than we previously thought. Mercede is very honest and upfront. We trusted in her and her team’s expertise and it paid dividends. We were under contract the very first day of showing! We like her so much she is also our buyers agent for our new home.

Extremely knowledgeable and prompt! Very friendly and concerned for safety.

We bought our house through Lea and was a very smooth process. There were many hurdles, but she was very quick to resolve them. We can tell she is very experienced and has teams to help her work on her behalf if she is busy. She will get back with you after she delegates her tasks. We were in NC and bought our house in TX without seeing the place ourselves. We felt comfortable buying the house and trusted her enough that we decided not to fly down to see it before signing the final contract. Thanks Lea!
