His negotiation skills are second to none in the San Antonio area. He exceeded our expectations and even negotiated money back for us at closing—something we never imagined would happen! From start to finish, Chris was incredibly responsive and dependable. During the final walk through, the previous owners had left the place a mess. Chris hired a cleaning company same day (out of his own pocket) to ensure we moved into a clean home. Stressful time for us buying a house. Moving from MD to TX, we didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we were recommended to Chris. From the start he was super helpful & we eventually found the house we were looking for. I didn’t do any heavy lifting when it came to negotiation.
