Stressful time for us buying a house. Moving from MD to TX, we didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we were recommended to Chris. From the start he was super helpful & we eventually found the house we were looking for. I didn’t do any heavy lifting when it came to negotiation. He handled everything & got us an amazing deal on our house to include even getting money owed to us at closing… & we are the buyers. One time I had a question, called him & he was on vacation. I told him it was no big deal & I would call him later but he insisted on helping me. Additionally, our final walk through for our house spoke true volume of the previous owners.
