She is an awesome agent. She got me a great deal. Negotiated the price down and got me $15,000 in grant money. She also got me $5,000 in equity and she got the seller to pay 3% of the closing cost. She stayed on top of everything. Smooth transaction. I'd recommend her to anyone!
