From the very first day I met Holly Petrie, I knew I was in the best hands possible. Selling my home was not just a financial decision—it was an emotional one, filled with memories and milestones—and Holly understood that from the start. She went above and beyond for me and my family in ways that truly exceeded any expectation. She was there for every question, every form, every showing, and every little moment of uncertainty with patience, compassion, and confidence. Holly doesn’t just sell houses; she builds relationships. She made me feel like more than just a client—she treated me like family. Her honesty, work ethic, and genuine care made a process that could’ve been stressful feel smooth, supported, and even exciting at times. I can honestly say I don’t think anyone else could have done what Holly did for us. She poured her heart into making sure everything went right, and she celebrated every win right alongside me. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s not just skilled but truly invested in your happiness, Holly Petrie is the one. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.

Brooks Ballard at Engel & Völkers Houston is the real deal. He helped us navigate a major family transition and found the perfect home to fit our growing needs—including a great setup for our mother-in-law, who is thrilled with her new granny pod. Brooks simply knows the game. When it comes time to upgrade, price, and move a home—listen to him. He’s based in the heart of Houston, but his reach stretches far into the surrounding suburbs. We couldn't be happier. 10 out of 5 stars.
