We did a complete walk through my house which was in need of some repairs. She recommended a repair person who also got started very quickly based on Patricia’s influence. Even though it would have been a much quicker sale, i think she realized i need the cathartic healing experience to fix up the house and leave it better than i had found it. She helped me with decisions along the way over the next four months to make sure I didn’t do anything too silly. When we finally listed and she came out to take all of the pictures we sort of cried together as we had become a little like family and I KNEW she had my best interest at heart.
