If we had any questions, any issues, or concerns Monica could always be reached and talked to. As sellers in a difficult market Monica was able to keep us positive and upbeat during the process. She always assured us that it was not a matter of if it sells but when it will. She always kept us in the loop on her ideas and what direction to take but also would always ask us for our input or opinion on marketing strategies. When our house was on the market we never felt alone, Monica would always call to keep us updated, tell us how the housing market is trending or just to ask how we were doing. That meant the world to us.
