Mary Jane helped me sell a property that I was handling as part of a guardianship for an elderly relative. Before I called her, I had had a nightmare of an experience, trying to deal with realtors and shady buyers. As soon as I hired her, the wheels started to turn, I had a contract that exceeded my expectations, and at every step along the way, she made everything work. I’m out of state, and have really felt at the mercy of unscrupulous people, but with Mary Jane I felt I had someone in my corner.

Stephanie was so attentive and understanding about what our needs were. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid:) We enjoyed working with her and we are going to use her to sell our home.
