Mary Jane helped me sell a property that I was handling as part of a guardianship for an elderly relative. Before I called her, I had had a nightmare of an experience, trying to deal with realtors and shady buyers. The man had my home sold, and went to closing in under 3 weeks, for above listing price. Everybody knows an Real estate agent, everyone knows a lawyer. But few can truly get the job done.
