We sold the Property this past month. Danielle was easy to contact in regard to sale. There was a pro lem with deed that was finally resolved. I wish sale had closed with first offer but buyer offered $12000 that finally closed. Property had been on market for a year at time of sale.

We worked with Dana to buy our home. One thing I really appreciated is that she made herself available to us consistently whenever we needed even if it was something that was without a lot of notice. She went out of her way to make sure we saw properties as many times as we needed you to feel comfortable. We were relocating from another area and she went above and beyond.
