Working with Amanda from The Amada Agency was a great experience. From day one, she took the time to walk me through the entire home buying process so I always knew what to expect. She was patient, honest, and made sure I understood every step before moving forward. What I really appreciated was how she broke down the pros and cons of buying a new construction home versus an older one. She explained everything clearly from maintenance and warranties to energy efficiency and resale value, which really helped me make the right decision for my situation. Amanda also went above and beyond during negotiations and got the builder to cover most of my closing costs, saving me a lot of money. Overall, she made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I’m truly grateful for all her help and would 100% recommend Amanda and The Amada Agency to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ms. Sandy Perez was great to both me and my husband, she answered all of our questions to were we could understand and always kept in touch with us. She's very good at getting to know people, she gave us her honest opinions about the homes we were viewing and never rushed us to chose. She found us the perfect home I can't thank her enough for all of help.

My wife and I relocated from the East coast and Lisa took the time to help us find just the right place amidst the wide array of neighborhoods in Houston. We were particular in our home preferences and Lisa set up showing after showing until we found what we were looking for.
