Neocia was wonderful! From the first encounter she was knowledgable, punctual, and professional. She helped us juggle the sale of our 1st home and the building of our new one. She is a very involved agent who listens to preferences and concerns. The photographer she provided was phenomenal. The open houses were outstanding and always yielded results. Although she had other clients, she made us feel like we were a priority during our meetings. We would definitely use her for future real estate needs.

My wife and I cannot thank Shannon enough for all her help during our home buying process. This was my Wife and I’s first home. While everything went smooth, it was definitely overwhelming for a first time home buyer. Shannon was with us for quite literally every step of the way. When we called, she answered. When we had the inspector come out, she was there, when we signed our closing documents, she was there. She communicated with the sales rep, lender, insurance broker, inspector, title company, and moving concierge. I’m sure I’m missing some but the point is not only was she physically with us during the entire process, but she also offered direct line of communication throughout the process. We cannot thank Shannon enough for her help and professionalism, making a complicated process seem much less daunting.
