April is also responsive to texts and calls. So communicating was never a problem. Any delays or issues were handled promptly . I would recommend and use her again

Melanie and I first met prior to my mother-in-law's passing. We needed to sell her home to help with assisted living costs since her dementia had worsened. Melanie was patient and understanding while we worked to obtain the proper documentation from doctors and then the unforeseeable shook us. We lost my MIL and then had to figure out whether to continue the sale as POA or start again as an agent of the trust. All the while, Melanie provided a review of the home, worked out pricing, she checked the work that her referral network completed. Once we placed the home on the market we got our first offer that same week and completed the sale. There was standard back-and-forth between us and the buyer and the communication was filtered perfectly. We were ultimately successful and satisfied during a very difficult time. Jamie was absolutely super! After my Mom got sick with cancer, my wife and I decided to sell our home that we bought just over a year ago. It was supposed to be a simple process; however many unforeseen issues arose which quickly became a nightmare. Jamie remained with us through the whole mess.
