I interviewed 4 realtors who had sold properties in my west Houston neighborhood. David had the most detailed assessment of the market and value. He sold the house for a good price in a reasonable amount of time (It was priced a little high and we offered a sizable repair allowance instead of lowering the price.) The house had a lot of big renovation needs too. David has a very active social media presence and followed up with all viewers. He worked really hard to close the deal and on the final negotiations as my advocate. I also hired him to find another house in a 1031 exchange. I identified a variety of candidates and he patiently viewed them all with me. We put an offer on one that was listed 1 day with several offers. He managed to convince the seller to take my offer, which I don't think was the highest price. He also helped me get some discounts for things that I wasn't expecting. I HIGHLY recommend David Smith. You will not be disappointed!

Kelvin was always available to look at houses and listened to my concerns. He’s extremely down to earth and super fun too! I highly recommend and would 100% use him again.
