After my husband passed away I decided to sell my house. I reached out to Patricia based on someone’s recommendation and she came out the same day. We did a complete walk through my house which was in need of some repairs. She recommended a repair person who also got started very quickly based on Patricia’s influence. Even though it would have been a much quicker sale, i think she realized i need the cathartic healing experience to fix up the house and leave it better than i had found it. She helped me with decisions along the way over the next four months to make sure I didn’t do anything too silly. When we finally listed and she came out to take all of the pictures we sort of cried together as we had become a little like family and I KNEW she had my best interest at heart. House was under contract within a day. She helped me through all of the inspections and closing activities. I was very glad I chose Patricia. Great realtor!

Ron and Leyte are the best! I was so uncertain about everything to do with selling a house but they jumped in with both feet to help me! They set up everything and Ron even came to mow my yard for me! They posted my house and within 5 days it was done.
