As remote buyers, able only to make brief trips to Houston, we relied heavily on Evan. During those visits, Evan quickly learned our preferences and requirements for a condo purchase. This enabled him to give excellent advice relative to available units, especially when we were not in town. Once we decided on a purchase, he successfully negotiated the terms we asked for, while demonstrating a wide-range of knowledge of all aspects of home buying. We especially want to note that Evan was exceptionally helpful with the many issues, including desired renovations, that we faced as new homeowners in an area not very familiar to us. Evan and his team exceeded any of our past home-buying experiences with post-purchase assistance. He recommended contractors with reasonable rates and even made his own team available for cleaning, painting and handyman-type jobs to ease the stress of our move-in experience. In sum we are very happy to have found Evan Compean, who always responded quickly to our requests and presented solutions for any problems that arose. The proof is in our satisfaction with our purchase!

Evan was the best!!! Made a difficult situation a whole lot easier. Highly recommended!!!

The Compean Group has been our lead in several multi family transactions throughout Houston. We've been the beneficiaries of their investment-minded approach, deep research, and market experience. They are that rare company that has always provided us with an elevated buying experience that felt tailored fit to our particular goals and needs. Evan and his team are such a pleasure to work with. They take care of every detail and were invaluable in guiding us through a several highly nuanced, large scale transactions. In Evan you are getting much more than a typical realtor. We could not recommend them highly.
