Working with Claudia was like house hunting with an old friend. She was attentive and open to conversations. She made the experience feel like a dream. We are moving from our of state and Claudia helped the buying process run smoothly. She is honest and open. She always took the time to answer questions and calm any anxieties I had. She always made us feel comfortable with our decisions. She made sure we were getting the best deal possible. Claudia treats her clients like family and cares about finding them a place they can call home. We couldn’t recommend her more!

There is not enough space to truly describe or real life rollercoaster ride. We used Johanna for selling and buying. She came to the house we sold and armed us with the information to set our house up to look the best, and helped set deadlines to accomplish tasks. She helped us set a realistic price and it sold in a week over asking price minus surprise repairs found in the inspection. Buying, we had a limited area do to school zoning we wanted. We must have looked at 25 houses. The houses in the area are older builds and there is a limited limited inventory, so she helped us sort through the real fixer uppers and find a few gems. She helped me develop the outside the box idea to stay in an Air B&B to let the sell happed and not be pressed to make a quick decision on a house that wasn’t right. I made a new friend (owner of the Air B&B) who bought us a house warming gift. The extra time manifested the right deal. Which she then advocated for us, and got the best price and concessions from the sellers we could. My finances are cleared up from the sell and the new house gave us a fresh start in a house giving us a focus on the future. I love the new house. I think because I have the financial freedom to do little projects to make it our own. We’ve tweaked a lot of things already and have a list to work through.

I was so fortunate to see Heather Fordham's sign while driving in my neighborhood. From the beginning she was dedicated to meeting the goals for my house sale even when I would forget. She is very professional, a great communicator and well respected by all the professionals she found to prepare the house for sale.
