Errol is an amazing agent. I have worked with him for years. He is very straight forward and knows how to keep you focused. I tend to get frustrated when there are issues that arise. Errol allows me to vent, to scream, to cry, but he also takes the time to help me get refocused on the bigger picture. I won't say that he holds your hand throughout the entire process but you know he is there. He is a present individual. He does frequent check-ins and has always treated me with respect. There have been times I have attempted to use other agents and they have failed me. Errol has never failed me and that says a lot about the person he is, the integrity he has for his profession, and the respect I will continue to have for him.

As usual, Kelly is amazing to work with. She has now helped me buy and sell two houses, and has helped my family with numerous other sales. She is so awesome, understood our wants and needs, and was able to meet them all every time.
