Errol is an amazing agent. I have worked with him for years. He is very straight forward and knows how to keep you focused. I tend to get frustrated when there are issues that arise. Errol allows me to vent, to scream, to cry, but he also takes the time to help me get refocused on the bigger picture. I won't say that he holds your hand throughout the entire process but you know he is there. He is a present individual. He does frequent check-ins and has always treated me with respect.
