I appreciate Saira's availability. She always responded to my text and phone calls. She didn’t mind taking my ideas to help the process but always being able to incorporate her own knowledge which only made it so much better. She works very hard, She's always thinking of ways she can make it less stressful, when it can have very stressful moments. She's great at taking it off the client's shoulders and giving some relief. I’m not the easiest to work for, sometimes I am very hands on, and she allowed for that. I can appreciate a person that doesn’t think she knows it all and is willing to take my opinions. Overall she is polite, efficient, and a phone call away no matter the time. She did a wonderful job selling our house for Top dollar in our area. Thank you Saira you did great! As a first time home buyer completely on my own I was so nervous. Always wondering if I was doing things right. But Kim helped me every step of the way. When I felt overwhelmed she broke things down for me. What I thought was to much to handle for a house, she took me step by step and explained everything and it relaxed me and made me realize I can do this. This wasn't going to be hard for me.
