The sale of the house took a lot longer than I expected. I never felt this was Sharla's fault but just the timing of the market. I also had to lower the price a couple of times but also due to the timing of the market. I highly recommend Sharla as she was very knowledgeable in real estate and was always available for any questions I might have.
