We first met Tamara as the property manager for a house we rented until we found a house to buy. She mentioned she also is a real estate broker and could help us when we were ready. As a property manager she was excellent and promptly took care of everything we needed in the house. So we chose her to represent us as a buyer and are SO glad we did! Tamara explained the process clearly right from the beginning. She patiently took us from house to house, never pressuring us, but giving us good information and advice and answering (and re-answering sometimes) our questions. She helped us navigate a very poor buyer’s market. We finally had an offer accepted on a house that we are very happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tamara. She a total pro, she works hard, she LISTENS to you, and she can help you with every step along the way and after close.

Roseann went the extra mile to get our house sold. She brought furniture in to stage it and make it more appealing to potential buyers. When we needed to make repairs to make the house more presentable, she had people at the ready to take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. Our experience with Roseann was exceptional and the house sold quickly in a tight market. We highly recommend her and will use her again.
