From the moment I reached out to Steven, he understood the urgency of my situation—I needed to sell quickly. He immediately jumped into action: coordinating painters for the following week, organizing an Open House, and having all the necessary documents prepared and ready for me that very evening. The entire process was smoother than I ever imagined. What could have been stressful and overwhelming felt effortless on my end, thanks to Steven’s polished, professional, and proactive approach. The Open House, hosted by Kim, generated incredible interest—so much so that some buyers even returned for a second look. Offers began pouring in, and throughout it all, I felt completely confident placing my trust in Steven and his team. That sense of security and emotional relief was truly invaluable. We sold the house, closed the deal, and even after the transaction was complete, Steven still checks in—a rare and appreciated gesture. His follow-through speaks volumes about the integrity and care he brings to his work. Steven is the kind of person you want in your corner when making one of life’s most personal and significant decisions. I wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else, and I recommend The Franco Team without hesitation.

We were after a rather specific "ask" from the market in terms of what we needed in a new home, though of course, it is always good to look at many properties to test those desires early on. Lorna heard what we were looking for and feed us a good suite of options to help narrow our focus. She then worked closely with us to get the best deal possible, even encouraging us to drop negotiations on one house that seemed to check most of the requirements when the owners wouldn't budge on a price that was clearly too high. Once we narrowed in on a second house, she advised us on the best approach and encouraged aggressive negotiations that landed us a great deal. Lorna was meticulous to the end to ensure all "i's" were dotted and "t's" crossed to ensure a flawless closing.
