I appreciate Saira's availability. She always responded to my text and phone calls. She didn’t mind taking my ideas to help the process but always being able to incorporate her own knowledge which only made it so much better. She works very hard, She's always thinking of ways she can make it less stressful, when it can have very stressful moments. She's great at taking it off the client's shoulders and giving some relief. I’m not the easiest to work for, sometimes I am very hands on, and she allowed for that. I can appreciate a person that doesn’t think she knows it all and is willing to take my opinions. I was one of those customers that did not see much value in a real estate agent, as "everything is on the internet". Pam definitely changed my opinion. I would not advice anybody to buy a home without a real estate professional and that is what you get with Pam a Professional. She was available at all times, responsive and always had our best interest in mind. She definitely cared about more than the commission and helped us get the best deal.
