Excellent Sales Agent

Olivia helped us set up and price our house for a quick sale and guided us along the way with advice vis phone or email as needed to keep everything moving. She handled all issues, assisted is filling out forms and then expedited the documents required at every step. She found a buyer within a week and then helped make a quick closure. Olivia was the best realter we have used for the six houses we have sold over our lifetime.

Best Agent!

I was forced to sell my home in a pretty terrible market for it unfortunately. With any other agent I am confident things would have turned out poorly for me. Kate was aggressive at getting the listing noticed, working hard to entice the agents of prospective buyers, and negotiating on offers. We managed to sell despite the challenges at a higher price than I had anticipated, thanks to Kate!

Kate was able to sell my 2007 built home for a price close to unsold new construction in the area with just 17 days on the market. She negoetiated good terms with the buyer agent and the deal closed before time.
