She fought for me fearlessly as the listing agent screwed up by not disclosing that the townhome I was buying has HOA insurance of 2,400 annually in addition to the monthly HOA fees. We found out about this extra fee 3 days before closing Rose has successfully negotiated for me and I was able to get a seller credit of 4k at closing .
