From the very beginning, Ces was very motivated to make sure the property would be sold in a timely manner. He made sure that my girlfriend and I were constantly in the know of what steps we were in during the process. We asked for feedback and he gladly obliged. We had no doubts in his abilities so we stayed open to his feedback and followed suit. With only a few hiccups due to freezing temps, Ces and his team were able to have the house under contract in just a month! Ces will continue to be my go to realtor for all my real estate needs.
