Sarah was very friendly and very nice. She was also very patient. She had no problem looking at all the houses we wanted to look at and she made sure we took our time to see each house fully. She was also pretty knowledgeable about the services for each house and the process for getting the house. I love the app that we were able to use as well. It was very easy to use and had many options to look at. I wish she provided more houses/options for us to view. I spent many days on the app trying to find houses to look at and ones that matched our wish list; which is more of the realtor’s job. I would have liked to spend a lot less time on the app and her provide me with houses that were in our price range and had our wish list. She was also late to our appointment to look at houses by 30 minutes. We also did not receive any deals/negotiated prices on our house.

From start to finish, Joanie’s experience is unmatched. She did outstanding work keeping us informed throughout the whole process. For being a first time home buyer and realizing how overwhelmed a huge purchase could be, she made it look easy, simple, and fast. She always looked out for our best interest by setting deadlines and following up to make sure our needs were met. She takes great pride in here work, her positive attitude and professional advise was much appreciated. We are thrilled to have our own little piece of TEXAS, a place we can call home, thanks to Joanie!!!
