This was our second time listing with Kim, and there is a reason she continues to be our go-to real estate agent—she gets results. Even in a challenging Central Texas market, Kim sold our home quickly. From day one, she came prepared with a strong pricing and marketing strategy based on the local market and comparable sales. And when challenges came up, Kim’s tenacity really showed. She never gave up, kept pushing forward, and always seemed to have a Plan B, C, D, and E ready. One of the things we appreciate most about Kim is her honesty. She tells you what you need to hear, not simply what you want to hear. We always trusted that her advice was based on what was best for us and that she was fighting to protect our interests and get us the best possible deal. Kim is also incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. She stayed on top of the marketing, offers, inspections, negotiations, paperwork, deadlines, and closing—and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do along the way. Kim and her team are great to work with, they are very quick to respond to questions or concerns, and always in a positive way.
