We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!

Kristin is the type of realtor, who will work hard to help you find your new home! From the very beginning, she was quick to find out what we were looking for, and provide listings to match . We explored several different neighborhoods, viewing homes with Kristin. Throughout the process, she was knowledgeable, very communicative, and professional. She was never pushy, but allowed us to take our time as needed. If we had questions, she was quick to answer, and if she didn’t know it, she was quick to find it out. She was thoughtful and courteous, and worked hard for us, and helped us find our new home. She is a Gem of a Realtor!

Martha restaged our house and made it more lived in, though I don't think that mattered. She put the sign up and within 15 minutes the phone rang wanting a showing. I felt the price had been lowered just a little too much, but the house had been up for sell a month before we had Martha come on board. within the hour the house had an offer! We were very pleased with Martha as our real-estate agent.
