Record Selling Time!

Martha restaged our house and made it more lived in, though I don't think that mattered. She put the sign up and within 15 minutes the phone rang wanting a showing. I felt the price had been lowered just a little too much, but the house had been up for sell a month before we had Martha come on board. within the hour the house had an offer! We were very pleased with Martha as our real-estate agent.

Quick and easy sale

We had several showings and offers within a week of listing. Martha was always responsive and supportive to me as a first time home seller. Only downside is that we closed so quickly our new house wasn't ready :)
