Caring, Personable & Helpful. She is extremely busy most of the time so be ready for quick high speed meetings/conversations & texts. She does what she can to help. My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent. As a 1st time home buyer who had no clue what to do she was more than I could have dreamed for. Her many years as a realtor meant that her wealth of knowledge and resources is very extensive. She made me feel like family and took any and all stress out of the equation. At the last minute before closing unforeseen circumstances delayed my closing.
