We ran into Nicole at an open house that she working for another agent. We talked and let her know we were looking at buying and/or building a house in about a year. She started showing us houses and designs so that we would be ready. She also said that she could sell our house. She listed our house and sold it for more than I thought possible (before it went on the market) while helping us close on a new house within the same week. What we like most about Nicole is that she is so personable and really knows the ins and outs of selling and buying a house. I can't even count how many houses she showed us without putting any pressure to buy. She even went as far to continue to remind me about my budget. The house that we purchased was one we had looked at earlier and she said you need to look at it again, which we did. When we walked in the second time we knew we were at home and put in a bid. We are 100% satisfied with her and the mortgage company (SWBC) she had us use. We feel that we do not have an agent anymore but a family member that will help us sell or purchase another home!

Our experience with Susan was wonderful. Being a first time seller she was very knowledgeable on giving us information we were not sure about. In a slow economy it was very frustrating at times, Susan was there for us every step of the way. We are very appreciative of Susan and thank her from the bottom of our hearts.
