This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. It wasn't the prettiest seller's market either. Holly guided us, prepared us, and led us with confidence and tenured knowledge through the whole process. She provides so much information up front and stays available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process. Her negotiation tactics helped us come out on top as well despite the before-mentioned market circumstances. She is truly a joy to work with and we will continue to be returning clients when life throws more home transactions our way!

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
