The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.
