I heard about Ross from my son who both bought and sold through Ross. I was impressed with how complimentary my son was and, when I decided to sell my home, I got Ross' number. I am SO glad I did! He hung in there with me while I moved and then while I prepped my home for sale. He had Great pictures taken of my house for buyers to look at and when I Finally signed the contract two months later, he made the whole process so much easier! He helped me set a realistic price for the house and a month later, the house was sold and closed! I can't thank him enough for how calm he was and how well he listened to concerns and how helpful he was through the whole process. As a senior, if I ever buy again, I Will use Ross and would recommend him to my best friends.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.
