Mr. Cline was with us every step of the way while buying our New Home and even after. Whenever we had questions he was always there to explain things to us.. We will recommend him to everyone that asks Us who we used while we were looking and buying our home.

Matt is the best at what he does! We would not want to use another Realtor, ever! He made the stressful process of buying a home fun, and as easy on us as possible. Matt made sure we felt that he had our best interest, wants, and needs in mind at all times during our home buying journey. He negotiated additional asking price reductions. Negotiated additional buyer incentives from they builder/ seller. He even negotiated for the builder to deliver on new appliances (washer/ dryer/ refrigerator) at no charge to us, during the final deal on our home. Matt did all of these things mentioned on his own initiative to represent us to the fullest, having our best interest in mind, without us ever having to ask for anything. He made sure we felt confident, and could fully trust him during our home buying process. As a Veteran, I felt confident Matt understood all aspects of my VA entitlements and home loan. It was evident during our home buying process that Matt is a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with Veteran home loans. Thank you for all you've done for our Family Matt! You are truly appreciated, and will be our Realtor for life!

Matt Cline was extremely helpful, from start to finish. He made this process easy for me to understand and easy to deal with. I honestly don't believe it could have been any easier. My gratitude goes out to this guy. Thanks, Matt.
