Robert, took charge in orchestrating all the necessary steps in getting our home on the market, from adding our home to the Briggs & Freeman Portfolio, scheduling a preview with top realtors, and staying on top of showings, and negotiations. We are proud to say that "Robert is not only our realtor for life, but more important we consider Robert a dear friend."

Ted worked to get us in a position to sign the contract with the seller before the house went to market. My wife found the house through a friend who lived down the street. Easy-going guy. He drove us to a couple dozen properties and never tired or seemed inconvenienced through it all.

This past fall, I decided to sell my property in Spring Hill, FL. From my first phone call to Ms. Henson through every step of the process, I experienced a stress free seamless process. A job well done!! I highly recommend Ms. Henson and her team.
