While viewing homes with Joni, she informed me that certain neighborhoods did not warrant the price that sellers were asking. She also brought a property tax situation to my attention affecting a given area. I had already identified the issue and greatly appreciated her candor. We continued looking for homes with Jim and found him to be very knowledgeable about the area. Like Joni, he was candid about issues with different neighborhoods and homes. This was invaluable information for people unfamiliar with local real estate. The entire purchasing process went smoothly, and we greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful service provided by Joni and Jim.

Cassie did a wonderful job finding a home that fits all of my wants, needs, location and budget. She is very knowledgeable, and was able to negotiate terms that helped benefit me. She not only looks at the house for the now, but also for whatever the future may hold. She was helpful through the entire process, and even helped answer questions I had with finding a homeowners insurance and lending. Even after closing she has checked in making sure I got everything I needed (keys, codes, warranties, etc.) I refuse to use another agent, and will continue to refer her to all my family and friends.
