Hong negotiated until everything was what I wanted and didn’t stop until everything was just right. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t understand a lot of terms or processes, but Hong was patient in explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable in the housing market field and was able to answer every question I had. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is the best and I would never go with another agent!

Michelle went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had some issues with the survey and the first owners building a fence on land that was supposed to be an alley way. Michelle had to do some research on the property and figure out how to proceeded with the sell and she put in a lot of hours doing it. If we every need to move we will be using her again.
