My Husband & I were first time home buyers, our agent Angelica truly went above & beyond to help us find our dream home. Angelica did such an awesome job educating us every step of the way & making sure we understood the mortgage process. She always went out of her way to accommodate to our schedule & always provided her honest advice when viewing homes. She was always on time & patient- we never felt rushed during our viewings and we even viewed the same property more than once. Angelica knew exactly the style of home we were looking for & she found us exactly what we imagined ourselves growing & starting our family in. Her responsiveness was incredible, Pure Gold! She was always quick to respond & easy to reach. We will Always recommend Angelica to our friends & family and will definitely choose her to be our agent in the future!

We have now worked with Cherie twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. She did an outstanding job helping us sell our home for top dollar while also guiding us through the process of building our new home. Cherie’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made every step of the process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, provide advice, and advocate for us along the way. Her expertise and dedication gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions throughout both transactions. We are incredibly grateful for all of Cherie’s hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or building a home.

We started to think about a move from New York to Floridia a year ago. Devin and Darlene spent 2 days showing us houses knowing we were not ready to purchase yet. They spent time to understand our desires for a home, along with price point. For the next almost a year, we exchanged properties available that were locations that are close to our family. We had some many questions along the way and they were always available to answer. When the time came that we were ready to purchase, not only did they spend several days showing us available homes but also connected us with a fantastic team to help with financing and closing. If it wasn't for this powerful couple and their dedication to the client, our dream may not have happened. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, we give them 11.
